The 49-storey OKO office tower with panoramic windows is combined with the 85-storey apartment building with a single crystal base, but the successfully implemented principle of flow separation allows both apartment residents and employees of the business center to feel comfortable. 100,000 square meters of Class A offices are equipped with advanced security systems and embody the latest engineering solutions, while the laconic, strict facades of the OKO business center emphasize the business restraint of its architectural solution.
