The company’s portfolio comprises over 70 developments including already completed projects, currently under construction projects and projects to be announced totaling over 7 million m². The actual concepts and innovative design are developed together with the leading international architects and designers. Many of Capital Group’s projects have been awarded by Russian Academy of Architecture and Construction Sciences, Moscow Government and international architectural exhibitions.

Capital Group carries out high-end office projects (class A and B+) as well as residential (business, premium, and deluxe class) and retail developments, mostly situated in the central districts of Moscow. Since 2007, the company has focused on mixed-use developments, combining residentials, offices and retail.
